Terms and Conditions:
- Bookings will be secured only after proof of payment has been received by Elandspoort Guest Farm.
- Pre-payment of 50% is needed to confirm unit and reservation within 48 hours.
- Your stay needs to be fully paid 2 (two) days prior to arrival.
- No keys are handed over before the total amount is reflected in the bank.
- Guests are responsible for breakages, loss, or damage to property.
- With booking you confirm and accept the house rules and disclaimer.
Cancellation Terms:
- Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the pre-payment.
- Elandspoort Guest Farm levies a 10% administration fee on any refunds processed.
- On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, Elandspoort Guest Farm will refund the applicable amount.
Limitation of Liability:
Guests agree on behalf of themselves and the members of their parties that neither the establishment, its owners, employees nor agents shall be responsible for any injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or damage to any property upon the premises, whether arising from fire, theft or any cause and by whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence (gross or otherwise) or wrongful act of any person in the employment of the Elandspoort Guest Farm. Any damage caused by guests to property and premises due to bad behaviour or carelessness, or keys lost and replaced for security reasons will be for the guests account.
